Lead is the traditional answer wherever a roof meets something else, and on Oxfordshire and Cotswold properties it is usually the original detail. When it is replaced with cement or sealant, the roof starts to fail at exactly those junctions.
We dress lead by hand to suit the actual roof — valleys, soakers, aprons, back gutters, bay tops and box gutters — sized and fixed so it can move with temperature rather than split.
Quoted as a fixed price once we have seen the detail involved.
