Re-Roofs
A Complete New Roof,Quoted As One Fixed Price
When a covering has reached the end of its life rather than developed a fault, a re-roof is the honest answer — stripped back, inspected properly and rebuilt as a whole system.
A re-roof is the point at which patching stops making financial sense. Once slates are delaminating, nail fatigue is dropping tiles in every gale, or the membrane beneath has perished, each repair simply buys a season.
Stripping the roof back lets us see the battens, underlay and structural timbers for what they are. Anything hidden gets dealt with while the roof is open, rather than being discovered by the next owner. The roof is then rebuilt with premium materials appropriate to the property — natural slate, tile or Cotswold stone.
The whole job is quoted as one fixed figure before we start, so there is nothing to negotiate at the end.
